James McClow and Seminole Air Conditioning and Flroda Coorporation WAS licensed. <br /> <br />Seems Mr McClow used a qualifier for licensing and this person had told the state he was no allowed <br />to use license when in fact he was accepting payments weekly. His name was Raymond Russel out of New Port Richey Florida. He evidently lied to state representatives and told mis turths about mr McClow and Seminole Air COnditioning. Who was in fact legally licensed all along but the was not able nor researched fully James' claims of licensing. They dropped the ball to be polite. <br /> <br />Mr Raymond Russell is now under investigation by the State of Florida for falsifying statements regarding tthe McClow case. This was an unfortunate matter as following this report this case had sent the McClow's business into a downward spin and eventuallly sold to another local business when in fact he was leggal all along. <br /> <br />Mr McClow declined comment upon hearring of his name being cleared in this case and said he was disapointed this was not reported correctly to begin with. Mr. McClow had contacted the times on several occasions claiminghe did nothing without a license and proceeeded to email, fax an d couriur a copy of his State of Florida contractors license to us. The St Pete Time ran the story anyway.
